Service Description
- FREE initial 30 minute consultation to determine unique needs of clients - Life and career coaching - Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to identify growth areas and strategic planning - Implementation of surveys to identify growth areas and monitor progress - Leadership training: Education, training and implementation of strategies to improve communication, staff engagement, workplace morale, productivity and other identifiable areas for growth - Organizational Optimization: Education, training and implementation of high reliability organization (HRO) principles - Develop strategies to build pipeline programs and improve youth engagement - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training and implementation *Available upon request
Cancellation Policy
Full payment required within 48 hours of booking request confirmation by DiversifyME LLC. Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled session will result in charge of 50% of originally scheduled session. Cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled session will result in charge of 100% of originally scheduled session. "Optimize ME," membership plan owners can reschedule up to three sessions per year, additional sessions cancelled or rescheduled will be deducted form the 12 total sessions provided in the "Optimize ME," membership.
